Terms of Service

These terms apply to this website and to Command Center (“the App”), AdzCenter's in-house tool for publishing to social media. By using the App or connecting an account to it, you agree to them. “We” means AdzCenter.

1. What the App does

The App plans, prepares and publishes short videos and posts to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Pages and YouTube from one place. It runs on AdzCenter's own computer and is not open for public sign-up. It is used by AdzCenter, and by people AdzCenter authorizes, to manage AdzCenter's own accounts.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old. You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

3. Social networks

The App uses the official APIs of TikTok, Meta (Instagram, Facebook) and Google (YouTube). When using them you must follow their terms and community rules, including the TikTok Terms of Service, the TikTok Community Guidelines and the YouTube Terms of Service. Each network decides whether and how a post is published. It may limit, reject or remove content or revoke the App's access. AdzCenter and the App are not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Meta or Google.

4. Your content

• You are responsible for the content you upload and publish (videos, pictures, music, text). You must own it or have permission to use it, and it must not break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• Follow the networks' rules on disclosing ads, branded content and AI-generated content.
• You keep all rights to your content. You only give the App permission to store it, edit it as you instruct (for example, add text to a video) and publish it to the accounts and at the times you choose.
• Nothing is published without your action: you create and schedule every post.

5. AI features

Text and pictures suggested by AI may be inaccurate. Review them before publishing.

6. Prohibited use

You must not use the App for spam, to get around the networks' limits or rules, or to access accounts you are not authorized to manage.

7. Availability and warranty

The App and this website are provided “as is”, without warranties. The App may be unavailable, for example when its computer is switched off. Scheduled posts may be delayed or fail.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or account restrictions or content removal by a social network.

9. Ending use

You can disconnect an account at any time in the App's Accounts page and revoke the App's access in the network itself (see “Your rights and data deletion” in the Privacy Policy below). We may end access to the App at any time.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AdzCenter (“we”) handles data on this website and in Command Center (“the App”), our in-house tool for planning and publishing short videos and posts to social networks. The App runs on AdzCenter's own computer, is not open for public sign-up and is used only to manage AdzCenter's own accounts.

1. This website

adzcenter.eu is a simple static page. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking and loads nothing from third parties. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and time of a request) for security and operation.

2. What data the App processes

• Connected account data: the account's ID and name (TikTok: open_id and display name; Instagram, Facebook Page, YouTube channel: ID and name).
• Access tokens issued by the network, so the App can publish on the account's behalf and keep it connected.
• Uploaded content: videos, pictures, captions, on-video text (hooks) and scheduling settings.
• Publishing results: post IDs, status and error messages returned by the networks.
• Video statistics, only if allowed: the list of the account's videos and their views, likes, comments and shares.
• Tracked links: when someone clicks a short link created in the App, we store the time, the device type (mobile / desktop), the referring site and a daily irreversible visitor code. IP addresses are not stored.

3. How the App uses data from TikTok

• user.info.basic – to show which TikTok account is connected.
• video.upload, video.publish – to upload the videos we choose, at the time we schedule, to the connected account or to its TikTok app inbox as a draft.
• video.list (optional) – to show statistics of the account's own videos in the App.

The App never publishes anything without a person's action, does not read private messages and has no access to other TikTok users' data.

4. How we use data

Only to provide the App's features: preparing and publishing posts, scheduling, statistics and notifications. We do not sell data, use it for advertising or profiling, or use it to train AI.

5. Who we share data with

• The social networks that are connected (TikTok, Meta, Google/YouTube) – the post's content when it is published.
• AI services, only when these features are used: entered text, and in the video cutter still frames of a video, go to Anthropic (Claude API) to suggest hooks, captions and best moments; picture descriptions and chosen reference pictures go to Google (Gemini API) to create pictures.
• Telegram, if alerts are turned on – short post status messages to AdzCenter's Telegram.
• Cloudflare – when the App is reached over the internet, the traffic passes through a Cloudflare tunnel.

We share data with no one else, unless required by law.

6. Storage and security

App data is stored in a database and files on AdzCenter's own computer. The App is password-protected and is reachable over the internet only through an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Tokens are never shown publicly.

7. How long we keep data

• Media of published posts is deleted automatically after the configured retention period.
• Working files (rendered videos, finished batches, slides, cuts) are deleted after 2 days, unfinished ones after 14 days.
• Account data, tokens and statistics are kept while the account is connected. Disconnecting an account deletes its tokens; other data is deleted on request.

8. Your rights and data deletion

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. To remove an account's data:

• Disconnect the account in the App's Accounts page – this deletes the stored access tokens.
• Revoke the App's access in the network: TikTok – in the TikTok app, Profile → ☰ → Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services; Instagram / Facebook – Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites; YouTube (Google) – myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• To delete everything else (uploaded media, drafts, statistics), write to admin@adzcenter.eu. We delete the data within 30 days.

9. YouTube

The App uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies.

10. Children

The App is not intended for anyone under 18.
